Connect Bridge with WiFi

Connect your Bridge device to a supported WiFi network and fix common connection issues.

Bridge supports 2.4Ghz WiFi networks.

During onboarding

Bridge may guide you to WiFi in a few different ways:

- If Bridge detects the same network your phone is currently on, it may take you straight to the password screen (“Next, let’s connect Bridge to Wifi”).

- Otherwise, you may see Select WiFi network.

To connect:

  1. Select your network (if needed).

  2. Enter the WiFi password, then tap Connect.

  3. If the connection succeeds, the app will continue automatically.

If you don’t see your network, tap Advanced setup and enter the network details manually.

If you see “Connection Failed”

  • Confirm you selected the correct network.

  • Re-enter the password carefully.

  • Make sure your WiFi network is 2.4Ghz (5Ghz networks are not supported).

  • If possible, move the Bridge device closer to your router and try again.

Connect another way

On the password screen, you can tap Connect another way to switch to Ethernet setup.

From Settings (after onboarding)

  1. On the main screen, tap the Settings icon.

  2. Go to Bridge → Network → WiFi.

  3. Select a network.

  4. If prompted, enter the password and submit.
