Before you start
Keep your phone close to the Bridge device.
Make sure the WiFi network has internet access.
If your network has both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, use 2.4Ghz when possible.
Steps
In the app, go to Settings → Bridge → Network.
Tap WiFi.
Select your network from the list.
If prompted, enter the WiFi password and submit.
Wait for the status to show CONNECTED.
If your network isn’t listed
Move closer to the Bridge device.
Try again in a few seconds (the list refreshes).
Use the manual entry option on the WiFi screen to enter the network name (SSID) and password.
If it connects but says “No Internet”
Confirm the WiFi network has internet (try another device on the same network).
If you’re on a work/guest network, it may require a sign-in page (captive portal), which Bridge may not support.
Try a different network, or use Ethernet if available.
